I wish I could talk to the grass and crack up laughing as well as Lili does. I really wish I knew exactly what she is saying that is so. funny!

My mother always referred to this stage as children "talking scribble", which somehow seemed like the prefect description to me
I believe she said that your grass needs to be cut.
A good lesson - it's probably just as hard for little people to learn what WE'RE saying as it is for me to copy, let alone interpret, what Lili's saying here. I've been trying! - even on just dial-up - it only takes 15 minutes to download and then I watch The Gorgeous One do her wonderful speech over & over again, trying to repeat it. A challenge! You go, Lili! I hope to see you in person before July is out!
Lots of love to you and the cats and dog and Mommy and Daddy and all the birdies in your yard . . . and. . be well! - love, Grandma Marian
My daughter still does this occasionally at 7 yrs old. My father has had people convinced that she is speaking swahili! LOL! Yup, sounds like swahili! She made me laugh with her though! What a sweet little girl!
Is it the grass she's talking about or laughing with or is it an angel we can't see?
